Ignore premium prime weekend

Treat
ptaw
weekend slots as not open at all:
no Telegram alert, no server post, no booking
. Germany almost always has them open. A tick that finds a weekend slot
alongside
a standard/prime one still alerts — for the other slots only. Stronger than unticking
Premium Prime Weekend
above, which only blocks booking (it still notifies).
